Christian Kanstrup
Chair of the Board
Christian is a seasoned life science executive and board advisor with a strong record of scaling companies in biotech, health tech, and AI-driven innovation. He previously served as CEO of Evaxion Biotech A/S, a clinical-stage TechBio company advancing AI-Immunologyâ„¢ platforms, and has held senior leadership roles at Mediq and Novo Nordisk A/S. His experience spans international growth, strategic partnerships, digital and AI transformation, and building high-performing teams across global healthcare and medtech markets.
Jens Mondrup
Board Member
Jens is a senior international business executive with over three decades of leadership experience across global FMCG, consumer health, and healthcare companies. He has held executive roles in Europe, the UK, the US, and the Nordics, including a decade with Gillette in Boston, Geneva, London, and Copenhagen. He built Colosseum Dental into Denmark's leading dental chain, served as Managing Director at Ferrosan Consumer Health, and led Berendsen's €200M business unit with 1,500 employees in nine countries.

He excels at turning ideas into profitable, scalable businesses, whether in startup environments, turnarounds, or established companies.
Martin Kaas Haislund

Martin Kaas Haislund is a seasoned finance executive and investor with broad leadership experience across the venture and corporate world. He currently serves as CFO of PSV, and is Partner for Early-Stage Ventures at KRING, a health and energy-focused venture studio. He also chairs the board at Bold Drinks and is a board member at Airtame. With a strong background in financial strategy, startup scaling, and governance, he helps drive growth and impact in mission-driven ventures.

Jane Kudsk

Jane has a Master's degree in Food Science with a specialization in Human Nutrition. She is also a trained food mentor and is concerned with the psychological and emotional aspects of eating. Since 2016, she has helped thousands of people with type 2 diabetes eat their way to lower blood sugar and less medication. Lecturer and author of the book 'Spis dig fri for type 2-diabetes'.
Moritz Mueller
CEO / CCO / Co-Founder
Moritz has 16 years of experience in the healthcare sector in the treatment of diabetes and critical conditions, working in commercial and management roles at Sanofi and Laboratoire Aguettant. Today he is CEO at Triba focused on international business, investor relations and business development. Outside the office, you will find him roaming through the mountains and forests training for the next adventure.
David Teglbjærg
CPO / CTO / Co-Founder
David has 15 years of experience in the development of digital products and artificial intelligence, both as a manager and engineer. In addition, he is a trained psychotherapist and a member of the Danish Association of Psychotherapists. He is passionate about developing products and processes that support positive change.

Lebo is a registered dietician and a key member of the Triba care team in South Africa. She is focused on content improvements and supporting the enrolment of new clients and patients, helping them start their metabolic health journey with confidence.

Keri is a registered dietician based in South Africa. She is in charge of operations, particularly the composition of classes and expert meetings, ensuring members get the right support at the right time throughout their programme.
Dr. Peter Hill
Senior Research Advisor
Dr. Peter Hill is focused on ensuring Triba is always at the forefront of clinical research. He continuously provides insights and data for the team and clients, drawing on his deep expertise in diabesity and metabolic health. Based in South Africa, he also operates a private clinic specialising in the intersection of diabetes and obesity.

Our story
In 2016, Jane Kudsk founded "Spis dig fri for type 2 diabetes" in Denmark, driven by frustration that people with Type 2 diabetes were told their condition was chronic and irreversible. With her Master's in Human Nutrition, she created practical, food-first solutions that proved safe remission is possible.
Committed to SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, we expanded in 2022 when Jane partnered with Moritz Müller and David Stubbe Teglbjærg to launch Triba Health.
Even in Denmark, with strong medication and device reimbursement, more care only slows progression — it is not enough. True self-care is what creates real, lasting change for life. In fast-developing countries like South Africa, this need is even greater.
This insight drove us to address root causes of insulin resistance. Today, Triba Health delivers a scalable, clinically validated digital platform through medical aids, insurers, and employers — creating a true U-turn for Type 2 diabetes, obesity and related conditions across South Africa and beyond.
